I was on Nutrisystem for over 6 months, while on it I lost over 65 Lbs. I mainly used it for it's convenience as I work 2 jobs which require 20 hour days 3+ days a week. I think if you can afford it / and don't want to meal prep it will work. I do suggest that (again if you can afford it) get the frozen meals as they are…

It's gets much easier!! At the beginning of the year I did the same thing, took 3 months off pretty much just cause I can. What made it difficult is I work in a bar and am used to having at least a drink with customers or coworkers after a shift, however everyone was really supportive. Just make sure the people you are…

This sounds like the main reason. No 2 scales will weight the same. Now that you have changed scales, wait a couple of weeks and see if you are still losing.

Kind of a tie between the people talking loudly on their cellphone while on cardio machines and the guys in the locker room who play music on their phones over the gyms speakers.

We all have "cheat" meals, best not to look at it as a cheat, but eating something you wanted. Now just get back to eating your normal foods, and working towards your goals.

You got this, I was almost where you are at, 5 years ago I lost 70+ lbs and then gained it all back and then some, due to drinking and eating everything I seen. About 8 months ago I decided enough was enough, made a dietary change, and got back into the gym, and it has felt great.

going from being told at the doctors office that you have high blood pressure and them wanting to prescribe medication to (a new doctor) taking a double take looking at your chart and saying that everything is now right where it was supposed to be, no medication needed and asking what I've done to change. That felt damn…

I started at 269, and now I'm 196. Some people who I haven't seen in a while ask if I've lost a couple of pounds, while others say they see a huge change (mainly the people I see on a weekly basis). I think people I am always around started to notice around the 30 Lbs weight loss mark.
