I started exercising on a regular basis on Jan 21st 2016. I purchased a fitbit and started walking 30 min on a treadmill every day consistently ever since. I feel so much better, I have started to eat cleaner an watch my portions along follow a meal plan. So far since I started to eat clearer and exercise I have lost 8lbs and am starting a core workout plan. My goal is to lose 25lbs in 6 mos.
