I have these all the time and they're great and healthy, filling and also quite good for people trying to gain weight.

Half a cup of oats
Half a cup of cottage cheese
4 egg whites (can have the yoak if want to)
Half a teaspoon of vanilla assents

Pack in blender and mix
Heat a frying pan till smoke coming off it.
Pour mix on to pan
Turn down heat to about just a little bit of max
Wait about 30 seconds to a min and then flip over
And boom there you have it

Great with a banana chopped and syrup

I love this recipe! But I typically just have made it with 1 egg but I'm going to try it with the egg whites! I don't know why I didn't think of that before now!!!

Thanks. Not the best macro breakdown (for my goals), but not bad.

Usually it makes about 4 to 5 medium size pancakes and it make about nearly 600 calories (includes one banana) This is with 3 large eggs, tesco Scottish oats, lidl normal cottage cheese and vinilla extract.

Check my food diary for today and you see I have published it
