I work long hours too. I've lost almost 25 lbs. I don't work out at all. I just eat better food and not so much!! You can do it !!

I am feeling okay with how I ate today. Could of passed on those two mini brownie bites. Lol yesterday I felt I didn't eat well though I stayed under calorie. For me it was finally getting sick of my knees and feet hurting all the time. And my husband being whole heartedly concerned for my health since heart problems and diabetes runs in the family! Time to change!!

Just remember if you slip up and eat that donut it doesn't ruin your whole diet just that meal so get back on track with the next meal. I know this from experience.
