Yes I relate. Food has always been my enemy. It's a daily struggle to stay balanced. You're not alone. I also have PCOS so in the back of my mind I'm afraid I'll balloon out if I eat normally. I take one day at a time.

I've been on spironolactone for years and it works great for me. I would get horrible cyst acne on my face. It was the only thing that worked for me. It also slowed the hair growth considerably. You have to drink lots of water and get your blood work routinely done to check your potassium.

Nice to find a fellow 45 year old with the same struggles. I've battled anorexia since I was 14 and have been recovering since. It's such a long process and never seems to go away.
