Lol i bet.. I changed them tho. I haven't worn them in a while and im like WOW. All of my clothes are getting looser but i'm trying to wait to lose 13 more lbs before i shop.. That was gonna be the reward for that goal/needing summer clothes.. Lol

I've found that out of every attempt i've ever made, making subtle changes worked best for me.. I gradually changed a lot of things.. Wasn't so shocking and i've found it to be more successful

I disagree with almost everyone on the thread.. Exept for msanitmal.. Start a routine, tell her you enjoy doing it and you'd like her company.. Make it a couple thing. But DON'T tell her she's getting chunky, & lazy.. Chances are she already knows anyway

Nothing good comes without working for it. I find it holds me accountable and also keeps me motivated. I have the app on my phone, maybe put it on your smart phone so youdont have to use the cpu

Hommus in replacement of mayo on pita bread.. I eat A LOT of chicken pitas in general.. I can get most my food groups on one for less than 400 calories if i make them at home

Not too late.. Talk with your doctor, ask about omega 3s.. Talk to a nutritionist. Take it slow, dont stress, small changes add up.. This is a great place for help and support. God bless you, start your journey.
