I never liked pancakes..

Now, all of the sudden they're like crack. I've eaten pancakes for breakfast every single day for the last week.

Today, I'm holding off eating breakfast because I can't decide if i want pancakes or an omelette.

I think even still i'm leaning more towards pancakes

What kind of pancakes? Pancakes are completely in the 'love them but don't fill me up at all for the calories' category for me, unfortunately.

I pair mine with 2 scrambled eggs and it's just right & balanced.. About 477 calories for a nicely sozed pancake, the eggs and syrup

these are the pancakes i had last sunday. 1/2 serving Quaker Oats ground to a flour, 1 scoop chocolate 100% Isolate protein, 5g cocoa powder, 69 grams egg whites, just a bit of cashew milk to get the thickness right. Equal sweetener to sweetness desired. baking powder. Walden Farms zero calorie chocolate syrup.

I can't eat sugary stuff like that in the morning. I've never understood the pancakes for breakfast thing, I'm from Wales and we have cereal or toast and I sometimes have porridge. Maybe eggs if I'm working a long or weird shift and won't have dinner

Pancakes in our house are thin crepe like affairs. Sugar and lemon or a smear of raspberry jam are acceptable.
Kids and husband have theirs with Nutella and a banana chopped up.
We also eat them savoury with wafer thin smoked ham and grated cheddar cheese yum

I admit I have yet to find any oat/protein pancake that isn't too dry.
