Me and my son went on a nice walk along the river today stopped off for a nice cold drink at a local pub on the way home, 4 hours we were walking, total burn according to my fitbit 1500 calories, this is probably overestimated but enough for a nice bowl of chocolate ice cream later and still in my deficit :)

I'm 39 and half way through my journey, I still have 3 stone to lose, according to fitbit my resting HR is 58bpm which makes me feel fantastic, I'm excited to see how lower it will go the more weight i lose and the healthier i get.

Cheese Doritos and walkers Mexican spicy coated nuts, once they are open I can't stop. The nuts alone are 900 calories a bag but they are so delicious

When I find that I have loads of calories left I eat calorie dence foods, peanut butter with my apple, or on toast. The odd drizzle of olive oil to cook my meat in, butter on my veg. All these things I've avoided in the past since the are high calorie but they come in handy xx

I'm new to mfp so ignore me if I'm wrong but I think that your net calories should be close to the 1200 mfp set you. As I said I could be completely wrong. Others maybe able to help with this xx

Yes my deficit is only 580 on mfp as you said the lowest is 1200. I've realised that I haven't adjusted for the weight I have already lost, all I been thinking is I had 75+ to lose, I haven't taken in to account that I don't need to lose that much anymore. This is a typical day for me on 1200 calories, even squeezed in a chocolate bar. As you can see I used most of my exercise calories but I only log half of what exercise I do so if I do a hour walk I log 30 minutes.
