You can do it, some of the guys and girls on here are a fountain of knowledge, their help is immense as you will find out...my top tip is to drink lots of water, it's amazing the results this simple change can have!!

Try adding a few free weights into your routine, it works, I plateaued for six months or so, added a few free weights and boom I'm back on track..I'm 46 so no spring chicken!!

Hi, I'm UK military (Royal Navy), top tip is to drink water prior to and during eating, also keep hydrating during phys... Log you food but be honest, this app will really help you.. Start small and go big...
