New... sort of...

Joined MFP a couple of years ago to keep in shape and shift a few stubborn lbs. Was great, but then life, as it does, got in the way and I lost touch. Just about to graduate from Uni and spent the last eight months strapped to my computer with a book in one hand and a cigarette in the other. Got through my exams (phew) and have realised a) I'm really bored now and b) how desperately unfit I've become! So thought it was time to give it all another go - rejoined the gym today and started keeping my food diary. Hopefully the start of the road back to health. Looking to motivate and be motivated so anyone looking to reciprocate would be great!
