Nice job!! It feels great to see those green calories remaining! I started counting calories and exercising a month ago, and I've stuck with it every day. Now I'm 10 lbs down and feeling motivated to keep going!

This is Caliban. He'll be 8 on Earth Day. This is Sprout. She's silly. Last but not least is Odin. We adopted him last February. He's around 2 and a half. Sprout did not enjoy their first meeting.
