I haven't gone over my calories for this week at all!
Going into Sunday I have 28 calories left over for the week.
Considering this is the best I've ever done in a week, because I almost alwaya go over by Friday I'm pretty stoked that I should see another lb gone soon!

Nice job!! It feels great to see those green calories remaining!
I started counting calories and exercising a month ago, and I've stuck with it every day. Now I'm 10 lbs down and feeling motivated to keep going!1 -
