  • Yes, the orange knob on the bike sets the resistance and the the instructors for the classes will tell you to set your resistance to whatever #. The monitor shows the resistance level. It keeps track of your cadence, calories, output, resistance, speed/distance and heart rate.
  • We bought the Peloton in Nov and I love it. I'm not gym person, so memberships don't work for me. I'm prior service and I have messed up my ankles and knees, so riding a reg bike doesn't work for me. It's hard on my knees and ankles.   • Oh I'm going to beat myself over this, I had to take a rest day because I had overworked my knee. I woke up at 3am with it throbbing and couldn't get my left knee comfortable. I guess I broke my hundred day challenge. Doing a double the other day killed me.
