100 Day exercise challenge

Hi all
So I saw this way back last year in the threads and thought it would be cool to start a new one :-0
Rules
Train at least 30 mins per day, any activity and log here from today the 1st of June for 100 days.
It can be done, step challenges are a great one to log or daily runs, workout routines etc
Lets get motivated and behind each other to complete this
Hold yourself accountable each day by coming back to log here what day and what exercise you did and for how long, we can keep each other motivated and have some fun whilst getting fit and loosing weight :-)

Day 1
1 - 4.4 mile walk to/from the other side of town (my normal walking speed is above 3.5mph which MFP considers "brisk" for some reason so let's count it, yeah?) - Done
2 - 2.4 mile walk to/from gym - to do, soon, in like an hour
3 - 45 uphill walk on the treadmill. 11% incline @ 4km/hr which works out at around 2 miles probably.
Extend the walk home from the gym from 1.2mile to 2 miles in order to hit my 7.5 mile/day target I guess. I'm still rehab-ing a messed up knee so I'm not allowed to run. Good thing I do a metric ton of walking anyway, eh? This is what living in a city and not having a drivers' license (and being WAY too cheap to take the bus) does to you.
So far today on 9,888 steps but my personal goal (set on fitbit) is 14,000/day. Aiming to cover 52 miles on foot this week which is 7.5mi/day average and 14k equates to about 7 miles so.

I'll come back and update with my final mileage and steps and time and whatnot in about... 3 hours when I drag my overheating, grouchy *kitten* back from the gym.

I just realised I got my days mixed up because the sun is frying my brain. Today is NOT elliptical and strength day. That was yesterday. Today is "45 min uphill walk on the treadmill" day. I'll just er... go edit that now.

Alright I'm back to check in.
Day 1
Steps: 19,124 (there will be a few more around the house but ehhhh)
Miles: 9.42
Calories: 1,029
Time: 2hr 50min (ish)2 -
Day 1
Walked 16km/160mins/1,200cals/22,000 steps
Also Day one of JM 30DS 25mins/~450 cals
Started the month off strong!3 -
Day 1 i work out at the gym
Warm up on stationary bike 80mph resistance 3 for 6 minutes
Moved onto shoulders chest and triceps
Dumbbell shoulder press 20lbs 4 sets 10 reps
Dumbbell chest press on incline bench 15lbs 4 sets of 12
Shoulder side raises using 5lbs dumbbells seated on a bench 4 sets of 15
Pec deck machine 55lbs 12 reps 4 sets
Rear delts on machine 35lbs 12 reps 4 sets
Assisted tricep dips weight was at 120 4 sets of 12
Tricep push downs underhand grip 50lbs 4 sets 12
Finished off with HIIT cardio on the elliptical for 30 minutes2 -

This evening- Elliptical 1 mile/30 min/466 cal/Aerobics Interval Level

Everyone is doing so well :-) well done. I am pretty sore after last nights workout but 1hr weight training after work then hoping to pop in a 30 min walk on my lunchbreak take advantage of the good weather here in Belfast, will update later tonight xx1

Day 2 plan
- Walk at least 7 miles (not inc. crosstrainer). Done 2.2 already, but got to walk to the gym, then hospital, then home which amounts to another 3.5 so will extend the walk home around the cemetery or something for the extra mile-and-a-half
- 20 min crosstrainer
- Upper body machine strength: low pull, low row, and chest press1 -
Day 2
Walked 13km/~900cals/13,000steps/129 mins
Ran 5km/400cals/45mins2 -

Oh I'm going to beat myself over this, I had to take a rest day because I had overworked my knee. I woke up at 3am with it throbbing and couldn't get my left knee comfortable. I guess I broke my hundred day challenge. Doing a double the other day killed me.0
