  • Good luck! I started at 94 pounds and am now 112. My goal is roughly 130 pounds but I'll stop beforehand re or even after that just depending on when I'm happy with the way I look.
  • Thank you! I actually am pretty underweight and my doctor is aware of my weight gain journey and even helps by giving me free Boost drinks to add to my calorie intake. And I'm not too worried about gaining fat either, I actually need some lol.
  • By the way, I am 18 pounds up from where I first started my weight gain journey. I've had some setbacks, but I'm extremely proud of my progress.
  • I'm 103 pounds and I eat at least 3,000 calories a day and that's the minimum. You're definitely not eating enough to make gains.
  • Just try crunches and other workouts that focus solely on your abs while continuing your normal routine that you did to gain the weight.
  • I'm trying to gain weight as well. Im determined. I want to gain 20 pounds like as fast as possible. We can help each other! Sending a friend request.
  • I'm only up 8 pounds since my start, not 20 although I wish I was. But thank you.
  • I honestly think if you have friends who make such a big deal of these things, you need new friends. I've had people who'd make comments about me not finishing my meals and saying "no wonder you're so skinny." Well after awhile of hearing it and becoming insecure about it, I finally decided to take control of my life and…
  • I did have a time during my freshman year in college where I gained like 10 pounds in two months because I got a WaWa smoothie everyday lol. I'll try making my own smoothies.
  • I know what I eat won't determine where it goes but I'd rather eat healthier, less fatty foods than the junk I've been eating which are notorious for going straight to the gut (like fast foods, pizzas, soul foods etc.) because that's pretty much what I've been eating. But I've never heard of a chicken salad or asparagus…
  • Not yet married but I've been happily engaged for 10 months now. Waiting for him to come home from deployment so we can finally get married.
  • Oh I'm 5'4.5 and 99 pounds btw so gaining 25 pounds will just make me get to the average weight for my height.
  • I need 1,900 to maintain but I'm trying to gain 20-25 pounds in two months so I'm trying to eat at least 4,000 calories a day.
  • I'm looking to gain 20-25 more pounds by July. Seems like a lot but if you saw how skinny I am you'd understand lol. I want it by July because that's when my fiancé gets back from deployment and I want him to come home to a little meat on my bones and a little butt lol. I've already gained some weight but it's going to my…
  • I also use the Apetamin syrup. It doesn't make me as tired as people claim it will and I definitely wouldn't compare it to Benadryl. But Apetamin just makes me hungrier so I eat more so it's easy to consume more calories. When taking Apetamin I average about 5,000 calories a day compared to my regular 2,000 if that. It…
  • I'm 5'4.5 and the same weight as you. I started being serious about gaining weight about 3 weeks ago at 94 pounds. I gained 12 pounds in a week and then got sick and lost 9 of those pounds and then gained 1 back so I'm 98 now. My goal is 125 and once I'm there I'll decide wether I want to gain more or not.
  • I've never heard of it but I think it's insane and probably unhealthy.
  • Oh and I try eating foods that are high in calories but aren't too dense. For example, I'll eat a couple peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on potato bread as a midnight snack. The peanut butter is high in calories and potato bread has more calories than regular white bread. Or I'll always eat a couple slices of toast with…
  • I used to have trouble getting enough calories but I heard about this stuff called Apetamin and it really helps. Apetamin is kind of a vitamin, it's a syrup, and its purpose is pretty much to boost your appetite so you're able to consume more calories which will help you gain weight. After 4 days I had gained 8 pounds. I…
  • I'm trying to gain some fat but I am not trying to get fat. I'm very underweight right now, like 25 pounds below what is considered slim for my height, so I am trying to gain those 25 pounds wether it be fat or muscle I don't care as long as it comes fast. But gaining that fat still won't make me fat if you know what I…
  • We need more details like how much do you weigh, what is your goal, how tall are you, how many calories are you eating a day? Are you trying to gain muscle or some fat or a mixture? But as the people above me said, whatever is the amount of calories you should eat to maintain your weight (based on your height and current…
  • Good luck on your weight gain journey! I'm also trying to gain. I'm 94 and I want to get to 125 so that's a good 30 pounds. Hoping to gain it fast like 3-7 pounds a week. So I'm trying to eat at least 3,500-4,500 calories a day.
  • Yeah you definitely can't have negative body fat that's impossible, 0 is the lowest and that's extremely unlikely too. I'm the same height and weight and I have 11% body fat. I'm also trying to gain weight by June but I'm not so set on it being muscle, I actually would prefer some fat but I'll workout my stomach and legs.…
  • It really does help! And thank you, good luck to you as well.
  • I know. I don't mind having a bit of extra fat because right now I have absolutely none. But I am very physically active. I workout at least once a week mainly focusing on my stomach because everything else already stays small. But thank you, I definitely appreciate the concern and advice
  • You take the exact recommended dose hat the bottle says to take? Watching YouTube I came across a lot of people who take more or less. Like I believe it's 10ml twice a day (I didn't get it yet it should come in the mail today) but some people took like 15ml twice a day or 5ml twice or just 10ml once. How do you take it?
  • Thank you everyone. Hopefully it works for me. And yes I will definitely be working out while taking it because I want to keep my flat stomach and hopefully my boobs don't get too effected.
  • I've tried CB-1, took it for 3 months and only gained one pound. But I just ordered Apetamin and it will be here tomorrow. Already have been trying to up my calorie intake, passed my 2,500 calorie goal today when the app only set the default goal of 1,900 to gain. That was without anything to help my appetite. So hopefully…
