I have lots of friends who are US citizens who moved from other places and they were amazed at how big the US is. Especially in Europe when it's easy to drive from one country to another, our states can be considerable sizes. Each state/area can be so distinctive from each other also.

Yep. it's really hard. I come from a mathematical family so I'm always doing calculations where I'd be at some point or another. It's hard but I'm focusing everyday on my calories but everyday I do think how long.

I've done it both ways where I take it or leave it. I've gone to many events where it was understood you took leftovers and some where it was never said. Most hosts I know have so many leftovers they rather people take their food back home. Sometimes we do a bit of take others leftovers and enjoy the bbq food longer.

I weigh everyday but the next day isn't always a reflection of the day before it takes a day or 2 sometimes for a bad day to show up. sometimes you'll have good days and sodium or just a fluctuations will make it go up. Daily weigh ins just help me stay accountable more than once a week.

It happens that I go over but I just am more careful about eating. I usually budget a little during the day so I can have a treat after supper if I need it. Light String Cheese usually helps me get over a hunger hump during the day. It's tough but you'll get there!

Plan meals now and start freezing! I was so exhausted with both kids I ate crap that was fast and easy instead of really being healthy. You can cut and freeze fruits now and put them out in the morning or night before in the fridge to eat. If it wasn't an easy open package or took a minute in the microwave I didn't do it.…

I think t25 was a better beginner workout but P90x3 will help get you in good shape and push you. I like listening to Shaun T over Tony Horton but I think I would judge it more where you are in your workout journey
