Thanks for the kind words, and good luck to others dealing with AFib. I've found that it affects different people differently. In addition to weight loss, I took the drug prescribed (Metropolol) and drastically cut back on alcohol.

Yay! Glad to see you back. I lost 10% of my body weight on this challenge. Anyway, I've gained a few pounds back, not many, but I am really looking forward to participating in this challenge again. It does keep me on track. Good luck all. We have work to do.

When I lack motivation, I tell myself I'm just going to do a bit of my routine. Walk real slow. Just do 10 of the pushups. A couple of KB swings. Generally, I find that about 10 minutes into it, I start feeling better and more motivated.
