12/06: 203.4 Lots of unpacking in my new home. Burning calories galore but also really watching the quantities of quick grab foods and limiting the snacks to force some progress. It’s working so far……
12/13: 203.2 Up & Down all week. Ended slightly on the downside. For December, that is a win!
12/20: 206.0 All sitting for online shopping, travel shopping and wrapping. I’ve got to get moving!

I liked someone’s challenge which was just not to gain over December. I think that’s a good goal for me right now.
2kg down so far this month! 💪🏻 I was not expecting that, but I guess a Christmastime without parties, family or having friends round has left me a lot more control over what I eat than usual. I would normally eat to please others when they have worked hard to please me by preparing something special, but there have been no such opportunities this December.
Also, my boyfriend bought me Just Dance so I’ve been getting some heart-healthy cardio in nearly every night since I opened it.
Hopefully by next December I’ll be maintaining my goal weight and have a December filled with temptation and friends.

Wow! I didn’t think this would happen. I ate the cookies & treats in moderation and it shows. Now I must continue this approach to the lovely chocolates (my fav!) & treats from the celebrations. I am officially down to my pre-pregnancy weight!!

I liked someone’s challenge which was just not to gain over December. I think that’s a good goal for me right now.
2.4kg (5.3lb!) for December! I think knowing I was going to post here helped. Also, I’m just at a stage where I can notice even the smallest loss in my face and body, whereas when I’m moving from podgy to slightly less podgy, I don’t really notice.

Total loss for December: I must say, I was thinking I had made some progress to vanquish the extra pounds I've been putting on since October, but December had my number. I was at my highest weight ever since I got to goal in 2018. But I think I have a handle on it now.
