I have been yoyoing the last few months mainly because I didnβt see my numbers decreasing pass 170 despite my effort. But that probably made it worse. I should have just stick with diet and exercise regardless of the scale. π4 -

Hello! This is my first challenge group. I like the idea of doing the challenge as a team of sorts. I have a 5 day streak going for my food diary and feel encouraged. Starting is hard for me. Keeping myself motivated and consistent isn't easy either, so I look forward to being part of this team with the expectation that I will record my food daily and weigh in with you all.
