    July goal - down 6 lbs to 177
    Ultimate goal - 145/150

    1st - 183 lbs
    7th- 181 lbs (pretty sure this is because I have been bad and not drank any water yet today! but I am surprised at this loss!)
    14th-- 177.6 (I weigh in in the morning after I workout)

    Okay, I feel like I’m losing too fast. I eat about 1500/1600 calories a day. Sometimes I’m hungry sometimes I’m not. Maybe I should eat 1600/1700. I don’t want to lose quickly and gain back just at quickly 😬which has happened before. I am eating healthy though! Not entirely mad though. Maybe I need to adjust my goal. I’m going to say 175 if I can but be happy if it stays the same!

    It's like a cosmic joke that my weight is stuck on this specific weight of 142.6. But at least it's not 142.7! I need to shift something to get to my goal.

    Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.
    Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    June 30 starting weight - 148.0 (ten-day rolling average weight 148.8)
    July goal - 145
    Ultimate goal - Range between 142 - 148

    I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.

    Total loss for July: Less than zero. Looks like instead of losing weight, I found some. It obviously doesn't belong to me. Someone else here must have lost it. I'm still in my maintenance range, but too close to the top for me to be happy about it.

    What I can be happy about is I'm slowly making progress to get back closer to my ultimate goal weight, I'm staying in my maintenance range, and I weigh less than one month ago, less than two months ago, less than three months ago, and less than a year ago. I track that for another challenge here, "Weigh Less Than a Month Ago."

    If you've been thinking about trying out the premium service here, you're probably getting advertisements for a free three-month trial. Use the code mfphealthy2020. I might do it again. I tried it once last year, but it wasn't enough extra features to be worth the cost, although it was nice to be ad-free, and there are a few nice features I took advantage of. Sadly, you still get all the bugs.
