    My name is Donna and I am 60 years old. I am from the Midwest USA. 5โ€™ 5
    I will be keeping the Thursday weigh-in (in addition to the 1st and last day of the month for the full tally)

    July start Weight: 207.9 (Weight on June 30, 2020)
    July Goal Weight: 201.9 (6 lb loss)
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (Iโ€™ll know when I get there).

    July 01 : 207.9
    July 08: 208.4
    July 15: 209.6 I am gaining a pound a week, it seems. Will it be 210 next week or can I reverse this crazy pattern?
    July 22: 210.1 , yes I hit the 210, just as I worried I would. Gotta reverse this trend!
    July 29: 208.1 The loss of my beloved cat Reeces has caused this weight loss, not something full of strength that I have done. A very sad time in my life right now.
    July 31: 209.4 I hate this final weight!


    Total Weight Loss for July: 1.5 lb GAIN

    Final Challenge Thoughts: I hope August will be much much better!

    Are you reporting scale weight or a trend? Because if it's just scale weight.... there's too much natural day-to-day variability to get upset about it. On the other hand, if you use this as your starting weight for the next month, you'll be more assured of even MORE success.

    Just stick to it. You've got this!
