Okay, I feel like I’m losing too fast. I eat about 1500/1600 calories a day. Sometimes I’m hungry sometimes I’m not. Maybe I should eat 1600/1700. I don’t want to lose quickly and gain back just at quickly 😬which has happened before. I am eating healthy though! Not entirely mad though. Maybe I need to adjust my goal. I’m going to say 175 if I can but be happy if it stays the same!4 -

You can reverse this crazy pattern. You've been so successful in the past, you can do it again. And if you don't, don't beat yourself up about it because as we all know it's not a sprint.
And as we all know, it's so frustrating sometimes. Grrr. I say it a lot.
But keep leaning into it. Look out in the distance to where you are trying to go. Slog on along, and you'll get there. I bet a bagel on it.
