Why cut anything out? just budget it into your calories. There are days where i eat literally nothing but pizza and still lose weight because i stick to my calorie goal

It depends. I had one cherry today as a nibble and didnt log it, because its like max 5 calories and therefore not worth logging. Anything with 50+ calories i log

Because he probably has a set amount he wants to lose and, by the time he gets there, he will have learned to control his calorie intake without mfp. Just a guess

Eat at a deficit of -1000 calories for the best and safest results. Ex: if your TDEE is 2200 cals, eat only 1200 cals.

I wish i had the answer. I have insomnia so i lay in bed for 5+ hours before i can get some sleep, which means i always go to bed starving :/. The only way i resist it is thinking "what do i want more, to eat more or look better?". So far look better is winning.

How long i still have to go. Just looking at how much i still have to lose makes me want to quit.

Id recommend not fasting, because every time ive tried to do that to lose weight i ended up gaining because i was so hungry. Try a -1000 calorie deficit for quick AND safe results that wont make you binge.

I know the feeling :/ ive only been doing this for about 30 days and i still have so long to go... i dont know how i keep going, i just do. Having the discipline to do it even when you have no motivation (me) is the key to success, or mine at least.

I hate weight loss when im on my period. I try to stay way from the scale for a week before it, then a couple days after cuz water weight *kitten* everything up.

Log those cookies! Odds are if you play your cards right for the rest of the day you wont go over your calorie goal. And even if you do go over your calorie goal, the calorie limit is at a deficit so youll still most likely be eating at a deficit from your maintenance :)

Im in the same position as you! 24 days into this, 11lbs lost and no difference in the mirror whatsoever because i still have so much to lose. Straight vodka or tequila shots. Low cals and gets ya drunk. Or smoke some weed, thats 0 calorie

Thank you for the advice everyone. And to those asking: no binging happened and i was under my calorie goal every single day. I use a food scale and measuring cups/spoons so i know everything is accurate :)

Thank-you for these comments, its very reassuring. I was under the impression that the weight went away when your period did. Mine just ended today which is why i weighed myself thinking that it would be gone.
