As long as you aren't feeling hungry you don't have to worry about making your fat macro :) Protein is a goal, carb is a limit, and fat is to satisfy! I also have bulletproof coffee every morning, it's a huge help.

Most people say under 100g is low carb. If you're trying to do Keto under 20g is usually the magic number. But everyone is different, some people get away with more or less. :)

Set your carb/protein/fat macros to your personal numbers and then log in your food everyday. It'll give you percentages, it helps :)

The hardest part for me was to get used to doing the complete opposite of other diets I've tried. I've lost more weight doing Keto than I have on any other diet. I do miss bread and pasta but I've found some really great alternatives and the community is very supportive :)

I love Keto so far. It doesn't feel like you have to starve yourself to lose weight and you feel better to boot!

Also doing LCHF! Started about two weeks ago and definitely seeing better results than I've ever seen with other types of diets! I would love to meet anyone else doing the same :)
