Great job!!! I agree- people will ask what I can't eat on my diet- I tell them I can eat whatever I want- I just have to log it! And MFP definitely helps to make food choices more healthy when you see just what you're eating!

Awesome. Job. You got this- keep going! Don't stop until you feel healthy and happy! Re-starting after a stall can be tough- but you're tougher! Just focus on one thing at a time, diet or exercise, sometimes too much as once is intimidating.

Maybe try increasing speed or time by a very little bit at a time- I mean you've already come so far. I think you're doing great- set goal that are a challenge but won't get you too overwhelmed or disappointed and frustrated. It's like making a huge to do list with 15% already done- makes the rest of the list seem less…
