Keto warrior here! Back on the plan after I had to get off for about 8 months. I'm on day 10 and have lost 10lbs! Mostly water weight, but at least I don't feel bloated. Love seeing what others eat on keto--please add me!

Thanks all for the advice--looks like I'm just going to be the not-prepared one at the competition. you live and you learn! At least I'll know better for the next go 'round (if I get the guts up to try again at a later date!)

I do have a coach--one I haven't been very pleased with. Found him on Thumbtack and I don't think the diet/macros he has me on was the correct amount in order for me to cut properly before the comp. I'm still going to go ahead and go through with it--I've paid for it and don't really expect to win my first try anyway.…

Agree! I'm 156 and my "normal" weight is about 135. I'd like to just break that 140 mark! count me in.

Bump! I'm starting this weekend (just bought my starter pack) but am hesitant about the fasting/cleanse days. I have low blood sugar/low blood pressure and tend to faint if I fast... any advice on that one?

I've been researching it heavily and not sure if I want to go there or not. Right now I'm restricting calories and trying to eat about 40% protein, 35% fat, 25% carbs. Do the good results outweigh the bad side effects?
