This thread actually gave me the idea that the best way for me to lose weight IS to weigh every day. I'm the kind of person that tends to "f&$% up" during the beginning part of the week, rationalizing to myself that I have the whole end part of the week to "eat less, exercise more" to make up for it. The problem is two…

SW: 333.4 CW: 304.2 GW: 292.0 (MAY Goal) 150.0 (LT Goal) Sigh....so I've been in a slump the last month. I finally started to see progress and it was so fulfilling. My "husband" (not married, but we might as well be with three kids lol) doesn't really know. I've mentioned it here and there, but as was said in an earlier story, but in a very casual way. It is true for me that certain foods I wish I could just NOT have in my house, but with kids it is SO very difficult. Some of my…

New here...a little over a month into my 150+ weight loss journey and down 16 lbs. Monday check in --- I made this really good recipe for my family on Sunday which is angel hair pasta in a cajun cream sauce with sausage...STRUGGLE...not eating the entire left over container of it. But I just had my salad and pork for…

I'm 300 lbs, 5'6", low impact stepping for 40 minutes. I've done it on multiple other sites and it comes out between 500-600 burned. I've been using the MFP calculation of 218 just because I figured even if it's wrong I'm ahead of the game. I was just curious how others calculated what they are burning.

Just as a check in --- it's been 30 days, and I'm up to 40 minutes a day, and feeling great doing it. I just had to get into it and KEEP doing it. YEY! I'm also down 16 lbs :D ;)

I know I have a couple of hours before he wakes up for a feeding, so I can usually complete it. I WISH I could go in the morning. Once the 10 month old sleeps more…
