Things are definitely easier in week 2. Speed killed me the first time. Today, it wasn't so bad. I'm also noticing my energy levels increasing during the rest of the day. I haven't lost any weight yet, but I'm sure that will change.

Yes, working out in general gets easier. After the first couple weeks, I got used to working out, and it became the best part of my day. Now, I want to find challenge myself and find things that are more difficult to do.

This is only my first week, but I think this will be a exactly what I need. I did Insanity a few years ago, but I know I am not ready for that again. I think T25 will be a great way to build myself back up. The shorter time commitment will also be necessary in a couple weeks when I return to work full time and school. Lynn

SW-185.4 Day 10- 183 Day 23 - 179.2 Day 30 179.8 GW- 160 Down 5.6 pounds overall and a little closer to my goal of 160. I gained a little back the last 10 days. My clothes do fit better though, so it might be muscle. Moving onto T25 today.
