    I forgot to log my on day 20, so I am logging today. I am very happy with where I am right now. Being in the 170s again is promising. (Even of it is the upper 170s) A little closer. What are some of you doing when you are done? I am debating doing more of her workouts or something else.

    What are some of you doing when you are done? I am debating doing more of her workouts or something else.
    I've started Ripped in 30 (similar format of strength/cardio/abs) ,might mix in with some 30DS and she has a ripped with weights (??) one too I might try.

    You've lost a lot of inches tho. I'm sure you've lost a lot of fat, and gained some muscle which weighs more.

    Down 5.6 pounds overall and a little closer to my goal of 160. I gained a little back the last 10 days. My clothes do fit better though, so it might be muscle. Moving onto T25 today.
