I don't eat pre packaged sugary foods. Eurythatol and stevia are a God send lol! Eurythatol is most like sugar

Lightly active. It usually gives me more than that. Maybe I didn't burn as much as I thought though

I know! But I promise you can't taste it at all!

Ty for replies!

I eat as much as possible! I love veggies and fruits and feel great when I incorporate a lot of them
-
Feel free to add! Gluten dairy soy free
-
And dairy free! Lol
-
Gluten free... Not fairy lol

Me! Hashimotos and gluten fairy soy free. I make banana "Icecream" every night almost. Blend frozen banana into an ice cream consistency and I mix in chocolate chips and melt a tbsp of peanut butter for on top. Amazing!

I appreciate the replies thank you!

I appreciate your reply ty! I have asked cardiologist about pots but she doesn't seem. To think it's that as I don't have symtoms with it. Just high heart rate. I can feel it pounding and such but I've grown to be very aware of my pulse from issues with thyroid and the supplement. Feel so much better off of the iron…

Guess I am just curious what others experience. I am off the supplement that caused issues. I realize everyone will be different

Makes a lot of sense!

Thank you so much for the replies! I feel a lot less worried now. It is interesting you mentioned that CTcutie, because I noticed my symptoms a few days before the cold as well.

I've been watching Alan thrall videos. He just put on a new squat video. I have a similar issue! Just got the Adidas powerlifting shoes. I am hoping it helps with balance and mobility

Lots of protein helps me. I used to eat high carb. Also what it boils down to is if I want to eat enough to be satisfied I have to work out almost daily

The struggle is real! Due to an autoimmune issue I can't eat dairy or gluten. Imagine the frustration of that lol! I also miss that yummy. Bakery bread mmm!

This is my ultimate struggle!
