Bummer... I'm starting over! We went on a weekend camping trip and got totally lazy with purposeful exercise. Still walked a couple miles each day cumulatively, but that's nothing outside of normal activity so... Day 1 (8/29) - Leslie Sansone 30 minute walk

We kicked the habit though we still enjoy it once or twice a week... That's down from probably drinking a 2 liter also day between the two of us. I went through about 5 days of severe withdrawal headaches, but now I can enjoy it once a week without craving it all the time like I used to. My skin has never looked better…

Hello! I'm 34, married with one kiddo, and work at home as a freelance writer. I have 100+ to lose but am working on it in increments of 10 lbs so it's not so overwhelming. 26 lbs down so far. :) Feel free to send me a friend request... Could always use a littlw more encouragement!

Day 11 - walk away the pounds 30 min walk + 1 mile walk + 17 minutes of zumba dance, dance, dance (really need some new shoes for doing zumba that allow for all the twisty movements)

Day 8 - Leslie Sansone Super Burn. I actually don't burn many calories with this one so I may do a 30 minute walk after kiddo's birthday party today. Hostessing will probably keep me on my feet a lot too. :)
