Day 25 - Leslie Sansone Walking to the Hits All Time Favorites
I'm 1/4 of the way through the challenge... Hooray!1 -
8/24 (day 8) - 3.58 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:47 pace; 15 minutes yoga2

CCB - 20 minutes of stretching and flexibility exercises for dance
MOM - 30 minutes of Taebo3 -

Day 55 (yesterday) about 40 minutes of Leslie Sansone. I was LACKING ENERGY but I muddled through. I did also walk twice around the track at lunch.
Day 56- 58 minutes Slim in six "Firm it Up." WHEW! That one was challenging in a "pilates" muscle burn kind of way but with a tad more cardio.3 -
Day 18
CCB- after 15 minutes of warm ups she ran the mile in Gym class
MOM - walked 1.5 miles.3 -
Day 14- 8/24/16 - 2.5 mile walk 30 min P90x3
Day 15 -8/25/16- 4 mile run/walk 30 min P90x3

8/25 (day 9) - 3.04 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:24 pace
8/26 (day 10) - 4.03 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:11 pace.

Day 19
CCB - walk 2 miles during gym class unfortunately the fall seasonal allergies are really bothering her. Poor thing is so congested.
MOM - walked 2 1/2 miles with dog and a friend. I also painted my kitchen today while kids and husband were at school and work. Love the new blue walls.3 -
Day 58- taking FULL advantage of the weekend, 40 minutes Leslie Sansone 5K and then a KICK BUTT Fitness blender 40 minute kettlebell full body workout! That baby was TOUGH in the best possible way.4

DAY 20
MOM - not feeling well today but forced myself to walk a mile.
CCB - walked a mile with me to keep me going and danced 20 minutes.3 -
Day 17- 1 hour of P90X3

I skipped 16 so I have 2 day 17's.. In the words of Homer Simpson DOH!2 -
Day 59- 30 minutes Leslie Sansone and 53 (ish?) minutes yoga.3

8/27 (day 11) - 4.56 mile hike. Phew!
8/28 (day 12) - 1.3 mile walk with the dogs at a 16:30 minute pace.2 -
DAY 21
CCB - walked 3 miles.
MOM - exercise 20 minutes strength and Cardo2 -
I'm interested in joining this. I think I started it about a month ago, but then I had so many things planned that I couldn't rejoin it. I will start at the latest by Sept 1.3

Day 60- 70 minutes Leslie Sansone.
Bonus points for helping a ten year old with math homework while running in place. (heh, working mom and all.)3 -

Bummer... I'm starting over! We went on a weekend camping trip and got totally lazy with purposeful exercise. Still walked a couple miles each day cumulatively, but that's nothing outside of normal activity so...
Day 1 (8/29) - Leslie Sansone 30 minute walk1 -
8/30 (day 14) - 3.33 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:06 pace; 20 minutes yoga.3

Day 1 8/29 1/2 mile walk with Raven and then an hour at dog training class (back and forth, wrestle, hustle, step lively!)
Day 2 8/30 1 mile walk with Raven, threw in 5 laps of the yard jogging3 -
Day 61- 42 minutes Leslie Sansone 5K, 10 minutes Fitness blender standing abs and 8 minutes stretching.3

Day 22
CCB - ran about a mile
MOM - 20 minutes of kettlebell training
Day 23
CCB - 40 minutes of flexibility and strength training.
MOM - jogged two miles. (Had to walk a few times to catch my breath but got back to jogging as soon as I could)2 -
8/31 (day 15) - 4.06 mile walk with the dogs at a 14:55 pace.2
