CCB - 1 mile jogging and walking and 15 minutes of trampoline.
Mom - 2.5 miles walking dog

CCB and MOM. 2 miles jogging and walking.2 -
Day 11- 1.5 hours of P90X3 and 8 looonnnng hours of walking the mall school shopping with my neices, nephews, and children. lol!

After my 4am wake up to start work for 6 hours, I came home made dinner then have done 30minutes of push ups, and ab work not as much as I wanted to do BUT without this challenge I would have just sat on my *kitten*3 -

Day 52- 40 minutes Leslie Sansone 5K, 30 minutes fitness blender, beginning kettlebells and an 8 minute fitness blender cool down.2

CCB - 3 mile walk and 20 minutes of dance.

Day 23 - Leslie Sansone 4 mile super challenge + 30 minute walk2

Day 53- Leslie Sansone's 5 big miles, although I quit at 74 minutes.
My daughter just finished a beef stir fry and rice and well, I was really really hungry.4 -
Day 24 - 2 mile hike (rugged terrain) with the hubs and kiddo3

Very busy day. Almost had to miss a day but we managed to get a 1.5 mile speed walk in.
CCB and MOM3 -
8/22 (day 6) - 4.05 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:00 minute pace.
8/23 (day 7) - 4.44 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:34 pace; I have yoga class later today as well.2 -
Day 12 - 8/22/16 - 2.5 mile walk, 30 mins of P90X32
