I was super active last year, I had almost 200 consecutive logged days and missed it went I went on vacation! After that, this awful winter sent me into hibernation and I quit smoking on top of that. So I've got about 40 lbs I'd like to lose. Definitely looking for some friends that are active and motivating ❤

It took me about 2 months to lose the first 10, and my goal is to lose 40. It feels slow, but in retrospect, 2 months of my life is miniscule. Just hang in there, and that first 10 will be gone before you know it :)

You could make a big pot of goulash, it makes a lot and you could have plently of leftovers. Shopping at a store like Save-a-lot: -Cheap ground beef at a pound would be maybe $3-4 - a box of rotini $1 - spaghetti sauce $1

Went to B&N last night for dessert. The tiny sliver of Cheesecake Factory's red velvet cheesecake looked decent, so I looked up the calories before ordering. So thankful I did because it was a whopping range of 1,200-1,500 calories!!

I started with a goal of 40 to lose, and am down almost 10 lbs. Feel free to add me :) You'll probably get a lot of different advice because everyone does their own thing. My advice is not cutting out any foods (I've tried that in the past and always binged). Eat what you love, but do it in moderation
