I'm looking to lose the same! Had to google kgs to see.. lol. Determined as well. I'm running 5 nights a week currently to get the weight off and watching calories. Great on weekdays and not so much on weekends. Trying to stay on track on weekends!!

My gaming consists of WoW and War Dragons on the iPhone...lol. But I enjoy both when I get the chance. Trying to balance games and fitness.

I notice the change when buttoning my pants. I no longer have to pull to do it. The scale might not change daily but that is the greatest feeling!

What helps me is knowing that gaining weight is just as hard as losing weight. They take about the same amount of time. Having 1 bad day won't negate all the hard work I've been doing. I think about that and get myself back on track!

Just joined the 40 club 2 months ago. Realized how out of shape I got. Been going strong for 3 weeks now trying to make it a habit. Down 7 lbs with 30 more to go!

Thanks for all the advice and support! I'm off to a great start. Working out, jogging and walking are daily and I hate missing a day even though I know I need some rest. One of the biggest factors has been no more eating out. Lancelyell, I am shooting for the calories MFP says to which is 1820 but I don't know what macros…
