  • my sweet tooth go to is sugar free jello cups. Gives me that sweet kick but has little impact. But I am the same way though, my sweet cravings come in at night for some reason.
  • The HIIT workouts are great when you are pressed for time, you can incorporate weights and cardio for a quick cardio session as well if you do circuit training(multiple sets of different exercises with no rest in between)
  • Pepperoni and cheese is tasty and filling, and for sweets I will have no sugar jello cups
  • If I am making a meal that I know I will use on a regular basis, I add everything in the recipe tab, it is really easy when you can scan everything in. Just make sure all the portions are correct and you will be good to go!

  • lifting weights can help you burn fat because the muscle you gain will increase your metabolism which in return will burn more fat. If you reduce the rest time in between sets and perform your lifting sets in circuits, you can get the benefit of cardio out of the session without it feeling like typical cardio.

  • What are mostly eating? To get more protein and fat, try basing your meals around a protein source. example, Breakfast, eggs Lunch sliced turkey Dinner Grilled chicken in between you can have snacks that have protein and fat as well such as nuts, cheese. Things like that.
