I just started intermittent fasting 8:16 and keto, anyone had any success?

I did keto for a bit, but have found that it worked for some of my friends, but not so much for me.
I have been doing 8:16 for two years and that works. I love it.
I also do a lot of 24hr and 72hr water only fasts.
Tons of benefits - aesthetically and health wise/healing.
I encourage everyone to try fasting. It made me gain muscle (due to release of Human Growth Hormone), and get shredded - not to mention other weird stuff like curing digestive issues, getting rid of tooth cavity, and so on.6 -
I think the research on keto is amazing and I do follow it, with a Paleo combination. I even write about it in my Facebook page.2

I currently use keto and it has worked great. Down 20lbs so far. Doesn't work for some people, and others might have issues with the higher sodium.
I have been looking into intermittent fasting and may start adding that to the routine as well.
For my keto macros I do 70% fat 20% protien and 10% carbs, which averages to be 30-50g a day on a 2300cal diet. But the fat keeps me full for longer so I regularly am a 500-800 calories under and not hungry1
