                    I often hear: "I tried dieting, but the weight comes right back", " I work out3-4 days a week, but not results" These comment's are too common with people who want to loose weight and end up giving up altogether. First, don't give up!!! I say this repetitiously, IF YOU REALLY TRULY WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT, YOU FIRST HAVE TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE! and if you go in with the mentality of "loosing weight" is WRONG! transform your mind and the body will follow. Don't rely on OTHERS or DOCTORS to tell you, EDUCATE YOURSELF! BE YOUR SELF EDUCATOR. Im talking about knowing your metabolic rate and then you can choose your intake and quality of KCAL.
