Thank you everyone <3 Honestly my workouts have been pretty unimpressive. I just go a few times a week whenever I can get a sitter and my body is feeling up to it, some cardio and a little weight training. I don't follow any specific plan, just hop of whatever machine is free and I feel up to doing. The biggest part of…

Thank you everyone for your kind comments <3 I hope I can help someone like so many on here truly helped me, especially in those first months! No surgery yet, maybe one day but nowhere in the near future since it's so much money lol. It's not so flat under the waistband of my shorts unfortunately lol. But I think I would…

Oh for sure staying healthy :) all that water retention weight dropped super fast in the beginning by reducing my sodium from the ridiculously high intake I was at, the rest has been at a more steady pace lol.

Hope it's okay to update on this post again, it's been 6 months and I'm down 81 pounds! Loving the journey and so glad I downloaded this app. If you were like me lying to yourself and you're ready to change I just wanted to come back and say you can do it!

Not a complete success story yet but 4 months in and excited to see where this journey takes me! So glad I started using MFP and a food scale.

All these people making jokes have obviously never walked into a club bathroom to find their friend passed out with a spoon sticky with sugar and a lighter. It's something you never forget :'(

Water and gum help me if I'm having a tough time not eating out of boredom. Eating more protein to keep me satisfied longer.

I have a bottle of Whataburger spicy ketchup and use it with every burger, it's only 20 calories per serving and I weigh it out on the food scale :) so yummy. Edit: also love to add red pepper flakes for a kick in flavor

Penne Alfredo with jalapeno turkey sausage, under 300 calories per serving <3

Right picture was from a few months ago, the end of September, before weight loss. Left was 2 days ago, now 40 pounds gone forever. 86 (at the very least) more pounds to go.

Down 40 pounds since I started a few months back and I eat Alfredo pasta multiple times a week lol. Just substituting for lower calorie pasta/sauce and portion control thanks to my food scale. Also cashews <3 love them.

I'll eat what I want within my calorie goal, just like I did for Thanksgiving. But my sister's birthday is a few days later and we have a casino trip planned. Together we've lost around 75 pounds in this last part of 2016, so in celebration we're taking the day off from logging, getting drunk and eating what we want…

Thank y'all! @smkondy not so soon I'm afraid lol I have 93 pounds until my personal goal, 123 pounds until I hit a normal BMI, and 133 pounds before I hit what the online calculator say would be my "ideal" weight. So a ways to go lol, but I'll get there one day!

Bought some jeans for a good deal (with the intention of *some day* losing weight) about a year and a half ago, couldn't even attempt to button them. Now I can pull them up and button them! I muffin top the hell out of them so I still can't wear them but soon!

Aldi has a bread that's 45 calories a slice, you could try making open face sandwiches to cut down too. I eat bread (even regular white bread) and pasta and I'm down 30 pounds already, I just make sure it's within my calorie goal
-
Yes to the food scale! I've had some products where if I used the measuring cup suggestion versus measuring the grams on my digital scale I would have actually been eating twice the calories
-
I've lost around 30, still have about 100 to go, you can add me if you'd like :)

Wanted to add a little update- 5 weeks in!

Thanks everyone! Good luck to you all :)
