Oh, man - nice work! Your face & neck look really good, too (loose skin wise), even though you obviously lost a good bit of volume there as well. Took years of age off your appearance, besides.

At my heaviest, 211 lbs, 5'10", measurements 41/36/47".
(I really must learn to take better selfies than this!)
I now weigh 146 lbs, and measure 34/26/38". Hopefully you can also see from the flexed photos, I've managed to build muscle over the last 4 months that I've been lifting heavy, despite also being in a calorie deficit. The photo of me in the capri leggings was when I was only doing cardio.
Hi- you look super awesome. Question for you, I am at the point where you have the pic with just the cardio in capris. How did you manage with lose skin? Did you have any? I find my tummy, legs and arms an issue. Also are you taking any protein powders? What do you use?18 -

Well;
On July 21st of 2016 to have my hearing checked and just as a routine i just stepped on the scale and they sails 450 as they wrote it in the chart.
I thought that I had heard it wrong and asked if it was an estimate, she said no it was was the scale said four hundred and fifty pounds.
I was shocked so I asked the doctor that was checking my hearing for some help or direction. She said that they didn't really do that at that clinic, however she had some person success with this app.
Loaded the app and have entered every meal for 217 days down 84 pounds.138 -
64 pounds down and still goin strong. I'm 6'1" and started at 320. Great job everyone97 -
