Wow, you look amazing! You did before too. :-) Just curious when I see people wear clothes that still seem to fit well. Is the dress just super stretchy or did you clip it in the back? It looks like it was made to fit you in all the pics, looks great!12 -
Well;
On July 21st of 2016 to have my hearing checked and just as a routine i just stepped on the scale and they sails 450 as they wrote it in the chart.
I thought that I had heard it wrong and asked if it was an estimate, she said no it was was the scale said four hundred and fifty pounds.
I was shocked so I asked the doctor that was checking my hearing for some help or direction. She said that they didn't really do that at that clinic, however she had some person success with this app.
Loaded the app and have entered every meal for 217 days down 84 pounds.
Way to go! I personally find this is the best way to lose weight and keep it off because you learn what you're actually putting into your mouth. Keep up the good work!4 -
My hubby and I went back to Cancun and our friends put our pictures up from our trip 5 years ago in our room as a surprise. My husband and I couldn't believe how much weight I'd lost since then and in that time I had my son so I was about 10 lbs heavier than this before picture when I started MFP.
Here's 5 years before and just before hitting the beach two weeks ago.59 -

Thank you! It's a RW&Co dress with light boning to it. I had bought it a size too small for my brother's wedding a year before the wedding as motivation to lose weight: size 8. Fast forward to wedding day, I had gained weight instead of losing (wearing size 10-12) and so it didn't fit the way it was supposed to and I was really uncomfortable in it all day. The middle I'm size 8-10, so it fit better but still tight around the ribs. I'm now into size 6 mostly and this dress wouldn't stay up without that belt!6 -

On the right:
July 2014 around 280.
On the left:
February 2017 226.
Currently at about 224.5.
Moving towards 215-ish with a BF% goal of around 12%. (aggressive I know, but that's what goals are for.)

On the left is me in 2010, I'm not sure what my weight was, probably between 200-210. On the right is me a few weeks ago at 172. (The last ten pounds were lost on the "pneumonia" diet, which I cannot recommend, but it was very effective in getting those last 10 lbs. off.) I went up and down between 2010 and now, started using MFP two years ago and lost the first 25-30, and then maintained that for a while, never being able to break 180 for very long. I have maintained at 172ish now for a few weeks and am paying close attention to my calorie intake. I do cycle quite a bit, 2-3000 miles a year, which allows me to enjoy our beautiful Sonoma County wines a little more liberally!50 -
