Wow, you look amazing! You did before too. :-) Just curious when I see people wear clothes that still seem to fit well. Is the dress just super stretchy or did you clip it in the back? It looks like it was made to fit you in all the pics, looks great!
Thank you! It's a RW&Co dress with light boning to it. I had bought it a size too small for my brother's wedding a year before the wedding as motivation to lose weight: size 8. Fast forward to wedding day, I had gained weight instead of losing (wearing size 10-12) and so it didn't fit the way it was supposed to and I was really uncomfortable in it all day. The middle I'm size 8-10, so it fit better but still tight around the ribs. I'm now into size 6 mostly and this dress wouldn't stay up without that belt!6 -

On the right:
July 2014 around 280.
On the left:
February 2017 226.
Currently at about 224.5.
Moving towards 215-ish with a BF% goal of around 12%. (aggressive I know, but that's what goals are for.)

On the left is me in 2010, I'm not sure what my weight was, probably between 200-210. On the right is me a few weeks ago at 172. (The last ten pounds were lost on the "pneumonia" diet, which I cannot recommend, but it was very effective in getting those last 10 lbs. off.) I went up and down between 2010 and now, started using MFP two years ago and lost the first 25-30, and then maintained that for a while, never being able to break 180 for very long. I have maintained at 172ish now for a few weeks and am paying close attention to my calorie intake. I do cycle quite a bit, 2-3000 miles a year, which allows me to enjoy our beautiful Sonoma County wines a little more liberally!50 -
