Goals are important but I good way to find motivation is to remember why your doing this to start off with. Get healthy and live longer for your children Medical condition Look good in summer Etc etc.
-
I agree with Kym. What goals are you trying to achieve? The app itself is easy to use. The hardest part is accurately weighing your food.

Ok so I agree with everything you guys have said and my goal is not just to have abs. It is to be in good shape healthy all round. But I'm confused. "Calorie deficit and gain muscle lift weights" I'm in my early 30s and I have been training on and off for at least 10years. This has always puzzled me however I have never…

I don't have access to any of those methods. So for the time being I'll stick with the mirror. I have done my own programme. I programme that I have used before so I know it works. I just started this programme It's basic but effective and I will change the exercises every 8 weeks. Day 1. Chest and triceps Day 2. Boxing…

I'm doing 2 days of boxing training and 3 days weight training which includes front squats and deadlifts. I'm already lean now it's just harder to get leaner. It's…

Hi Debbie. I sent you a request

-
Count me in.

If logging your food is to complicated then go back to basics by one of 2 ways. 1. Lower your calorie intake by changing your diet. Example. If you drink soft drink substitute for water. If you drink full cream milk substitute for light milk. Eat wholemeal foods and look for low GI food to make you feel full longer. 2. Eat…

I agree. The first 2-3 weeks you are dropping fluids. If you continue to loose rapidly after then check your calorie intake. Listen to your body if you start feeling light headed, headaches and you are low on energy check out your diet and calorie intake.

Hi. I'm vegan most of the year (not all). Ethical reasons. I find it hard if you are counting calories. The only thing that makes me feel full is carbs and the calories add up very quickly Feel free to add me.
-
Hi Lin. What is your goal in lifting weights. Would you like to get lean toned with a six pack or gain weight and bulk up?
