After years of having a "whatever" attitude and letting people who I thought loved me walk over me and treat me bad I am ready to care for number one! Who knows whats best for you than you yourself? I currently weigh 82kilos wanting to get down to 70kilos, I'm 25 years old living in Noosa! Anyone want to join me and be my MFP motivation buddy? I don't bite :)

    Yeah I'm looking forward to the new year and focusing more on myself and less on what others say !
    Got some great plans and idea's that I hope will all work out OK and should make things better in the long run.

    Another Aussie here living the in freezing cold....no wait its hot.....oh no its raining again....completely temperature inconsistent Tasmania.
