Would love to join this group. Over a stressful 8 months or so I went up from 124 or so to 130ish. Stepped on the scale this morning to see I’m at 134. At 5 ft, and ALL the weight on my tummy. Would like to go back to the 124 at least. Trying to walk to work and go to the gym at lunch.

Hi, I've had a muscle imbalance in my knee since my teens. It takes regular exercise focussed on those muscles to retain the strength I need. I had surgery 10 years ago and that helped immensely, but every now and then I can feel it getting weak and have to remember to strengthen. If I don't , I'll be on crutches!

Hi, I'm 42 years old. Trying to lose about 20lbs. It doesn't seem like a lot, but I carry it all on my tummy - not healthy! I'm also PCOS so the weight comes off very slowly. So day 1 for me : already slacked off - 0/30 min exercise , but must have had some st pats luck as I am down 0.6 lb to 129 lb. will need to get some exercise today!

I was looking for something like this to keep me motivated! So I'll aim for 4 lbs and an average of 30 min exercise each day! Sw=129.6 Gw (stpats day)= 125.6. Good luck everyone! Ps - I would love more mfp friends so add me if you like.

Yes, there is! I struggled with IF for 4 years, with PCOS. Have two beautiful kids now. I remember how it felt taking the shots, the pills and the long two week wait. Wishing you all the best and a very short IF journey!!

Hi all! I was diagnosed with PCOS about 10 years ago. Have had two beautiful kids since then and gained and lost weight at various times. Agree that low sugar helped a lot, and am trying to cut down now! I'm also going to try more strength training. Good luck everyone!

Ah me too! Trying to lose 10 ideally before my sons bday in 2 months. Would love some accountability buddies as I have no will power, especially this time of year when it gets cold!

I would love to find a twin! CW=132 GW=110 Height 5'0 Age 41 Trying to squeeze in exercise between work and two very active kids and do my best to avoid junk food when I'm tired! Let me know if this sounds like you!

Hi everyone, Well, Friday, Sat and Sun - no cardio. We went camping - which was really fun, and I tried to fit some cardio in by playing tag, or frisbee with the kids. Great work everyone who hit their goals! Got my 30 min of cardio in yesterday - run/walk 4:1! Hooray.
