    I can't figure out how to add friends or send a friend request through the listserv. If someone could let me know that would be great - or just go ahead and add me!!

    Following other people's News Feeds and keeping up with their progress has made it more inviting for me to log in everyday. Add me, I'm 36 in the UK and need to shift 35lb, this is my 2nd time using mfp but I've only just discovered the community :)
