So would it be best for me to just do more research into it?

So what about when you just dont have any appetite ... would you still force yourself to eat? And with working out , when i say something light, like a stationary bike or something ...is that still too much on the body?

So if someone was to drastically lose weight in a a couple months or so , 9 times out of 10 would it automatically come back quickly or would they be able to maintain it from coming back...from the key points you all have mentioned above ?

so in the process of cutting out the sugar the first few days what do you do as a alternative to suppress the craving? only drink water? or just eat something else thats healthier ..

I'm not really a bread, pasta and rice eater i realized that when i started tracking but its just random craving ... mostly sweet but i feel like once i satisfy sweet i need salt smh

so do you guys think by eating a bigger dinner or dinner with more fiber & protein to keep you full longer would help with cravings at night instead of snacking?

see my thing is I'm considered bottom heavy (pear shaped) all of my weight goes to my thighs and butt and then when it doesn't fit down there anymore and comes up to my stomach and arms thats why I'm trying to figure out how or where the weight will start to come off from first or if there was a way to target certain spots…

So let me just me just throw the worst thing out there like ice cream .... i love ice cream , and dont want to give it up am i still able to eat that late at night if its portioned ?

Lol yea we were , so you were saying with your lifestyle choice of intermittent fasting , eating late, laying down after you eat ..etc. youve lost 85lbs so far?
