March 15 - 147.4 - 1485 cal Highest weight in a couple months!!! Clearly not the direction I am aiming for. I hope this higher number isn't a side effect of my new Rx.

March 9 - 144.8 - 1800 cal, chose the "tacos" today. Just not caring. And not even a "good reason". Just blah. And snow. Boredom? But logged and checking in here so that's something. And exercised this morning plus a treadmill walk and shoveled snow. So I'll chalk that up to positive points.

March 08 - 144.8 - 1400 cal, 32C/37F/31P Treadmill + lunch walk. Calories were lots of estimating, but I did own up to the .25 piece of the Costco muffin. I don't know if I can get my weight to budge until I can exercise more intensely (muffin doesn't help either). It was tough today but I implemented a few "tools".

March 07 - 144.4 + 1386 Cal Back pain again, so lots of stretching bit not a whole lot of movememt. Better tomorrow.

March 06 - 143.6 - 1700 cal, ate at Cracker Barrel! Yikes! Weight down overall for the week. This week will be harder now I got those first few lbs that come and go often.

March 05 - 142.6 - 1436 Cal, decent walk this afternoon, busy day! Managed to stay on track eating- even with eating out - chose chicken power bowl at Qdoba. Thanks to this group- inspired me to "stick with it" today!
