    Heaviest weight: 293 (1/28/21)
    Current weight: 172.4
March weight lost so far: 4

    Daily Goals:

    🌱64 oz water
    🌱At least 7.5 hours sleep
🌱Intentional exercise of at least 20 minutes daily
🌱Eat at or under my calorie goal and track every single bite

March 01 - 176.4 (The first day of March is here with the sun shining bright. Looking forward to a lunchtime walk and an after work Peloton ride.)
March 02 - 176.2 (And we're off! The Peloton ride yesterday was fantastic as I redid my FTP test and saw big improvements. I am dragging a bit to get on the bike after work but I'm just going to go down there and get it done!)
March 03 - 176.4 (Snow and cold is back. Instead of my lunchtime walk I did my shoveling. I rode the Peloton before work... my new zones after my FTP test will take some getting used to! Felt like great exercise. Hockey game out tonight will consist of unknown food + drink.)
March 04 - 173.4 (Fun time at the hockey game and only went 68 calories over my plan which was great considering the opportunity that was on the table to go way overboard. My dad gets in today for 10 day visit so my normal routine will be slightly disrupted.)
March 05 - 174 (Woke up early and PR'd on the Peloton for my 60 minute time. Off to see The Batman this afternoon.)
March 06 - 174 (Sun is shining. Looking to walk today and ride my Peloton. Also going to my friend's kid's 3rd birthday party.)
March 07 - 173.2 (Peloton ride and walk are done. My husband is making a few delicious proteins on the BBQ. Life is good.)
March 08 - 172.6 (Sunshine filled day but lots of ice on the sidewalks. Still managed to get out for two chilly walks. I missed my Peloton ride this morning so I may end up taking a rest day off the bike if I can't find a good opportunity to get on tonight with my Dad being here right now.)
March 09 - 171.2 (Started the day with a super hard Peloton ride and then I've been busy with work since. Did slip out for a walk at lunch. I have a social meal with coworkers tonight that I'll have little control of the food for. It will be great company!)
March 10 - 170.6 (Off work today to spend some time with my dad and brother. Celebrating my dog's second birthday tonight with a family supper.)
March 11 - 170.8 (Weather is warming again which feels so nice. Today's exercise was to focus on hitting my 10,000 steps, which I've exceeded already. Looking forward to spending more quality time with Dad this weekend before he goes back home on Monday.)
March 12 - 169.8 (Long ride for the week done first thing and now I'm enjoying a hot tub in the sun. Spring feels so close!!! Off to Banff for an overnight later today.)
March 13 - 170.6 (Chose to use our downtime at the hotel wisely to walk around the town of Banff twice. Had a great time with family and didn't overdo it at the buffet dinner.)
March 14 - 171.8 (My dad flew home this morning so it's quiet again in the house. Weather is nice today so my husband and I are going for a second walk after work.)
March 15 - 172.4 (Work is going to be very busy these next couple of weeks. Keeping centered, focusing on my good habits. Excited that spring is around the corner.)

Highest weight in a couple months!!! Clearly not the direction I am aiming for. I hope this higher number isn't a side effect of my new Rx.

Great day yesterday. Got some upsetting news this morning, so I'm determined not to let it get me off track with eating.

Hi there! I’m Athena, I’ve been doing Jill’s challenges since October and have lost 10 pounds so far. What works for me is mindfully eating for my diet and working out for my mental health. I got to 153 last month a few times and would cycle to 156 on the weekends, planning to focus in managing my eating more when going out. I hope to see 151 by the end of this month.

    Heaviest weight: 165
    Current weight: 153
March weight lost so far: 0

    Daily Goals:

☘️ 45 min workout on weekdays
☘️ Restrict eating out to weekends
☘️ Restrict restaurant meals to half
☘️ Eat out earlier in the day
    ☘️ Track weight daily
☘️ Drink 8 glasses of water daily
☘️ Calorie count/ mindfully eat daily
    ☘️ (Optional) Take workout classes
☘️ (Optional) Do long runs on Saturdays

    March 01 - 153 (home cooked/ran)
    March 02 - 153 (went out/walked)
    March 03 - 152 (leftovers)
    March 04 - 153 (home cooked)
    March 05 - 153 (went out/ long run)
    March 06 - 153 (went out/ walked 2hrs)
    March 07 - 153 (home cooked/ran)
    March 08 - 153 (home cooked/ran)
    March 09 - 152 (home cooked/ran)
    March 10 - 152 (home cooked/ran)
    March 11 - 152 (home cooked/ran)
    March 12 - 153 (went out)
    March 13 - 153 (went out)
    March 14 - 154 (went out/ walk 20 m)
    March 15 - 154 (went out/ ran)
    March 16 - 154 (leftovers/ walk 20 m)

Excited to see I’m maintaining, mindful eating is really helping here! Had a large amount of restaurant food, but cutting it in half really helped. My knees were still hurting yesterday so I decided to avoid running again. My knees are feeling much better today so I’ll get back to it tomorrow. Going to try to pace myself more and stretch/strengthen my knees out more to help avoid this issue in the future.

My name is Donna. I am 5’ 5” tall, 61 years old and from the Midwest USA. In 2016 I weighed 253 lbs. I am on a journey of health and to get back to the real me.
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!
    250’s; 240’s; 230’s; 220's; 210's; 200's; 190's; 180’s; 170's; 160's; 150’s

Starting Weight (from February 28th): 198.2
    Goal: 193.2 (Five lb Loss)

**************************************ONE DAY, ONE STEP, ONE DECISION AT A TIME************************************

03/01…...196.6…..(Trend Weight 196.5)….. Good luck to everyone this round.

03/02.…..197.4…..(Trend Weight 196.6)….. Late night snacks were over the top and just too much at once and at all.

03/03.…..196.2…..(Trend Weight 196.6}….. The well company made an adjustment and we’re hoping the bladder is okay. So I didn’t have to put out the extra $900 yesterday. Let’s hope this works! An average day yesterday with food and exercise/movement yet there is a drop. I just keep bouncing back & forth and my inconsistencies are showing up on the scale with inconsistent weights. Perhaps that will speak to me loud enough.

03/04.…..196.0…..(Trend Weight 196.5)….. I stress ate a little last night due to trouble with the 4 year old DGS. I’ve raised 4 children and have never seen anything like this. It’s no wonder my daughter is in the depressed, anxious and fragile state that she is in. Things have got to get easier for us in this house!
03/05.…..198.2…..(Trend Weight 196.7)….. A whole new level of stupid. Yes, I am talking about me! Meals were very good. Snacks were over-the-top and likely related to boredom as I finally had a bit of time to myself.

03/06.…..197.0…..(Trend Weight 196.7)….. My weight was sorta bouncing up & down on the scale from 197.0 to 197.4 but finally timed out on 197.0. It will be interesting to see what tomorrow brings. Clearly I am still going up & down so regularly that even my scale is confused (and that never happens!) Very low calorie burn yesterday due to online shopping all day. I’ll have to make an extra effort today to somehow get moving! Have a good Sunday everyone.

03/07.…..198.0…..(Trend Weight 196.8)….. Very good quantities yesterday but the choices weren’t the greatest. Lots of housecleaning movement. I turned a lazy day into something productive. I will make better choices today because obviously that and no TMI affected me.

03/08.…..197.8…..(Trend Weight 196.9)….. I don’t think I’m eating enough or well enough at dinner. My snacks are reasonable (in most cases) but too many. Also, I’ve been staying up a bit later for time to myself (read, catch up on TV etc) so more time for snacks. I will have to plan better.

03/09.…..197.8…..(Trend Weight 197.0)….. I kicked the handyman out earlier than usual. After having a friend visit for the early evening, I made dinner for a different family friend, DD and DGS. It was delicious and I kept my portions within good limits. It was a very nice day overall. Extra steps cleaning up that kitchen!

03/10.…..198.0…..(Trend Weight 197.1)….. No TMI and I know that would help the scale. A good day overall yesterday but very little calorie burn due to having company most of the day. Lots of time at the kitchen table.

03/11.…..198.0…..(Trend Weight 197.2)….. A much better well-planned day yesterday dietary-wise. Low level movement however. Sleep and bathroom duty both slightly better. No change on scale but it should be coming.

03/12.…..199.2…..(Trend Weight 197.4)….. Ut oh. Looks like I’m going to get pretty hungry today because I will NOT go back to 200. Very odd though. Yesterday was another pretty good eating day honestly. I think this very low level movement is really hurting my efforts.

03/13.…..198.6…..(Trend Weight 197.5)….. I had a super stressful day yesterday and today will not likely be much better. No sleep last night plus the loss of an hour due to daylight savings time. However, I had a good past few days and I knew it would catch up to the scale at some point. I appreciate the drop. It’s encouraging.
03/14.…..198.2…..(Trend Weight 197.6)….. I don’t want to seem ungrateful. A drop on the scale is always welcomed and nice. But I am feeling like I’m wallowing around in the same mud hole lately. I’ve got to break this 198 thing and get going! I’ll be so happy this coming summer that I did! Come on Donna. You can do this!
03/15……199.0…..(Trend Weight 197.7)….. A light breakfast, no lunch, out to dinner with son & his friend. Had a brisket sandwich, no sides, with water. 1 pc sugarfree candy last night. A gain! What has this yo-yo-ing done to my metabolism? Yikes….. Back to square one.

03/16……199.8…..(Trend Weight 197.9)….. Well, I just can’t get much closer to 200 than this. Chinese yesterday. I have leftovers for today. Every other bite in my mouth will have to be carefully thought out.

    03/17.…..xxxxx…..(Trend Weight xxxxx)…..
    03/18.…..xxxxx…..(Trend Weight xxxxx)…..
    03/19.…..xxxxx…..(Trend Weight xxxxx)…..
    03/20.…..xxxxx…..(Trend Weight xxxxx)…..
    03/21.…..xxxxx…..(Trend Weight xxxxx)…..
    03/22.…..xxxxx…..(Trend Weight xxxxx)…..
    03/23.…..xxxxx…..(Trend Weight xxxxx)…..
    03/24.…..xxxxx…..(Trend Weight xxxxx)…..

March 16 - 173.4 (Feeling a bit tired with work and some personal life stuff. Husband and I are going to go out for a walk or light bike ride here which I'm really looking forward to.)

Hi my friends call me CC. 59 1/2 looking forward to turning 60. I used this app several years ago but with my job it was difficult to keep up. Trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle so that I can enjoy getting older without aches and pains or at least keeping them to a minimum. I look forward to taking this journey with everyone. I know that telling this group what my goals are will help with accountability so I will stay the course.

    ⭐️March 01—208.3 🍀Happy March!🌷Lets get moving… it’s time to dance 💃🏻
Reached all 6 of my daily goals!

March 02—207.7 Happy day 2 friends!

    March 04—209.6
    March 05—210.7
    March 06—210
March 07—210.8… Restart day! I fell off the wagon this past week but at least kept to weighing in daily. Time to pick myself up and dust myself off and get back on the wagon! 🙂 These are my takeaways from last week.
    I am most successful when:
🌱I start the day with dance walking
    🌱I Prelog my meals
🌱I write in my daily calendar/journal
🌱I start off the day right here and catch up with you all!❤️
Time to get back to basics.Happy Monday!

March 08—208.2 🍀 Hit all of my goals yesterday. Plan on eating the same foods today. Happy Tuesday!

March 09—208 🍀🍀2 days of hitting goals!
March 10—208.6 only at 67% of goals hit yesterday… back on track today. Watching some Spring Break 🏀 with my son and hubby today. Reached of 6 goals today

March 11—208.6…walked over 5 miles today at U of M. Last college visit is Friday, March 18th. 5 of 6 goals.

    March 12—208.2…🌱
    March 13 —209.6
March 14 —209.6… Monday restart day! Again…🙃…trying to break my “All or Nothing” mindset about eating and logging. A little mindfulness each day. It’s almost the middle of the month, so it’s time to get things moving back down. Spring is almost here!!

March 15– 208.1… getting Spring Fever! It was 50 degrees yesterday… practically time for shorts! 😜

March 16– 206.7… I decided yesterday to drink water whenever I wanted to mindlessly eat or wanted a snack or was starting to feel anxious. I drank lots of water yesterday and stayed within calories. 💦 feeling good hydration!

March 17 🍀 207.4 …staying the course. 3 days at/ under calories. I think drinking water helps so much! Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Made it through a stressful day without turning to food. This is a major accomplishment!

I am clearly in a holding pattern, but I have been doing everything right, so the whoosh will come.
