Hi fellow graduates! I completed my NHS Couch to 5K last week covering 30 minutes running. Today I ran my first Park run for my Graduation Run!! 5km in 36.30 seconds. :) :)

I'm 2 days post Nissen fundloplication. I've blended chicken and veg. strained chicken/oxtail soup so it's lump free. sorbet, milkshake, meal replacement drinks for nutrition. also brought liquid vitamins. corned Beef hash goes down well. I'm in pain, tired, difficult to swallow clear fluids at time but I can stillβ¦

walk around on you break. trips to the rest room, photocopier etc. park further away from the office or at the far end of carpark etc. if your on public transport, get off one bus stop before or walk to the next bus stop on the way home ultimately it's calories in calories out. input you stats into MFP. it'll give you yourβ¦

thank you both for your advice. plamining has become the most important aspect. protein is the fist food on my plate. I am also taking a multi vitamin each day.
