I have a similar problem. I try to chew gum. It gives my mouth something to do without actually consuming a bunch of calories. If my stomach is causing the issue, I will get up and walk to go get water.

Your body could be replacing fat with muscle. Especially if you feel thinner. Muscle is more dense than fat so you could weigh the exact same but be in a smaller size. If your sodium is high. I have been listening to podcast at the gym when I do cardio. It gives my brain something to focus on besides how much i hate what I am doing. I will try bringing my tablet with me next time.

I just turned 25. I am originally from South Florida but I live in Indiana now. I love yoga and strength training. I hate cardio but I am trying to like it. I love cats and dogs and as soon as my sister leaves my apartment i am getting a cat.

I have researched a lot online and with my wellness coach. Everything I've read and everything she's stated is that because of my weight I need a higher amount of water intake. Definitely more than 8 cups a day. I've recently joined a gym so I'll try some of their workout classes.
